INFORMATION NOTICE - GUARANTEES

The equipment is deemed to be in good condition and fit for normal use. The customer is the sole judge of his ability to use this material. The rented equipment is placed under the responsibility of the customer as soon as he takes possession of it. He must take care of the equipment and ensure his normal use of leisure. The equipment is rented for the exclusive use of the customer and can never be lent or sublet or entrusted to a third party.

LIABILITY - GUARANTEE

Subject to the fulfillment of the obligations arising from the contract, the customer benefits from the following provisions, except in the case of fraud: 1) Unless the customer has subscribed to the waiver of recourse guarantee "theft, breakage" provided in paragraph 2) below , the customer does not benefit from any cover for all the damages suffered by the rented thing and personally engages its responsibility for the said damages whatever is the cause. However, the customer can not be held responsible for the harmful consequences of latent defects of the rented equipment or of the not apparent wear unsuitable for the use for which it is intended, since the proof of said defects or wear can be brought by the customer . 2) Guarantee "theft, breakage": the customer may online or when taking possession of the equipment, take out a guarantee payable in advance and billed according to the conditions displayed in the store. In this case, the renter will abandon any recourse against the customer and will assume, within the framework of a normal use, all the expenses of repair or replacement after deduction of the franchise. The payment of this deductible comes in addition to the payment of the rental days made.

To enable this guarantee, the customer must: - in case of theft: provide the store, within 24 hours, the original of the filing of a complaint for theft, issued by the police or the police. - In case of breakage: return the damaged equipment to LA CABANE à SKIS store and it must be recognizable and complete. 3) The loss and disappearance of the equipment is not covered. In these cases, the equipment will be invoiced to the customer on the basis of the selling price including all the equipment. 4) In case of theft by the customer, misappropriation or any damage to the material resulting from non-compliance with the rules of use or the regulations in force, or the terms and conditions of this contract, LA CABANE À SKIS is entitled to to bring an action for the totality of the loss. The multi-glide option allows you to change your gear to test a new form of gliding or use more suitable equipment during new snow conditions. - Two maximum changes during the rental period. - Change for equipment of equivalent or lower range. - Possibility to change for example a ski against a snowboard. - Subject to stock available in store. - This option does not allow to ski every morning and surf every afternoon or vice versa.
